Just a little bit about Our Process………….

First of all, thanks so much for considering Simply Elegant Events By Kim to assist you with Your Special Day! We are Super Excited about hearing more about Your Special Day! In order to provide an accurate and client-specific quote, we need a few details from you! But, for starters, let us share “How we work”…….

We offer Customized Design & Decor Services……What does that mean? Well, basically we do NOT offer “pre-arranged packages"! EVERY package or proposal we create is tailored to meet the specific needs of each prospective client. That being said, our initial phase in our proposal process is Our Information Gathering Phase!

1) Our Information Gathering Phase - During this phase we need you to share a few details with us about your plans and vision, so that we are able to fully understand EXACTLY what products and services we should include in your quote / proposal. That being said, we’ve made it EASY. We are providing a link for you to input all of your information and details about what it is you are planning or expecting to have us do! Be as detailed as possible. You will also be able to upload Inspirational images or photos that provide visuals of your ideas or the vision you have. This gives us more to work with as it helps us to gauge your particular flair or style!

2) Our Brainstorming Phase - Again, we do NOT offer pre-arranged packages….each one is carefully “crafted & designed” with all of your ideas and your vision in mind! So, as you would expect this may take just a little time depending on all that is involved. If you are requesting designs or services that are more detailed and involved, it may take us a little longer to create the Design Plan! All of that being said, it will be something specific to your request (no cookie-cutter designs here)! ;-) We put a lot of thought and careful attention into “each and every” event that we have the pleasure of working on! So, rest assured, we listen carefully and will work to execute a plan that fits as closely as possible to what you have in mind!

3) Our Proposal Review / Approval Phase - This phase begins after you’ve shared all the details of your plans & vision with us as well as after we’ve had time to “let our creative juices flow freely”. At which time, we’ve come up with a Design Plan based on our interpretation of your plans & vision. We will prepare a quote/proposal for our services to either offer Full-Service Event Design & Decor Services or Ala Carte Rental, whichever, you’ve requested or best fits your needs. Either way, we will provide you with a detailed proposal for your review. Upon reviewing it, you will have the option to approve it as it is or reach out to make adjustments to make it work best for you!
